Downscaling at Geelong Wins the Day for Up Property’s 121-Home Scheme

Plans for a staged mixed-use development in Victoria’s second city have been greenlit for one of Geelong’s oldest suburbs.
A ministerial permit request by Up Property for its proposal for 107-123 High Street was lodged in January of this year.
The scheme went on exhibition in May, and detailed 116 apartments plus five townhouses for the site at Belmont, 3km south of the Geelong CBD.
